MUSE Artist Feature: Whitney Hawkins
Meet Whitney Hawkins! She's one of the awesomely gifted artists MUSE collaborates with to offer the coolest art for your home, office, or wherever you choose.
Whitney’s style is largely southern inspired, and she’s based in North Carolina. She received a degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and went on to start her own business (Heart & Arrow Design) before closing that down to join Emily Ley’s team at Simplified. Fun fact: MUSE also features a Simplified by Emily Ley collection!
Now the Creative Director at Simplified, Whitney also runs a southern lifestyle blog and is a photoshoot planner, avid gardener, and loving mama.
Let’s take a look at a few of our favorite wallpapers from our collab…
Daffodils
First we have this super cute daffodil print, which showcases Whitney’s love for gardening and flowers as well as design. These pretty blooms give off delicate farmhouse vibes; perfect for creating a cozy summer oasis!
Yellow Gingham
This sunshiney gingham is an instant mood booster, don’t you think? BTW, Make Lemonade—the print in the frame—is also a Whitney design! Again, this image is giving cute rural kitchen vibes, which is majorly on-brand with her southern aesthetic.
Light Woodland Animals
This precious forest creature print is perfect for a children’s nursery, or even for an adult looking to feed their inner child! The gray and white color scheme provides a more sophisticated feel, so you could definitely get away with displaying this in a more grown-up space if you wanted.
